9am to 12pm at JSIS.
During Jump Start your child will become familiar with the school building, meet new friends, learn school routines and rituals, play games and practice new skills, and get to know some of the school staff.
This is a FREE program open to all new Kinder and first grade students. We ask that you drop off and pick up your child from the kindergarten (upper playground on 4th Ave) playground on the east side of JSIS; except the first day on the 15th at 9:00 am when we will meet at the gym and families can join the family meeting with our principal so you can learn more about our school. To enter the gym, please enter the lower playground (with the play structure) through the white gate on 4th Avenue. Students will be dismissed from the Kinder playground at noon.
