CAMPAIGN INFO

Students First Campaign

You and your child(ren) are part of a vibrant community of global learners focused on providing the most holistic dual-language immersion education possible. To provide this truly excellent education John Stanford International School (JSIS) requires some extra resources, above and beyond what the State of Washington and Seattle Public Schools allocate to public elementary schools. Each year for over 20 years, our community steps up and puts our Students First so we can continue our long tradition of exceptional global learning.

The annual Students First Campaign (SFC) ensures that the JSIS team is set up for success each academic year. Campaign funds are used to ensure the students have access to Instructional Assistants (IAs), Interns, Socio-emotional Support (Counselor), and bi-literacy curriculum. The goal for 22-23 is to have an intern supporting every classroom from K-5.  We have extremely committed and talented students, teachers, staff, and families who share a vision of preparing our learners to live, work, and thrive in a diverse and inclusive multicultural world. Today, we ask you to please consider a gift to the Students First Campaign.

To fund next year's staffing plan, we need an average contribution of $1,000 per student. We acknowledge that this is a big ask and gifts of all sizes make a difference. There are many ways to support the campaign - consider using your employer matching gift program to maximize your giving potential and support other students as well.
